These terms apply to everyone who browses or buys on Booklaan.
Buying
Items are sold by independent sellers; Booklaan processes payment and guarantees the 30-day return policy. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout and remitted by Booklaan.
Accounts
Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older to buy or sell.
Content
Listings, photographs and descriptions belong to the sellers who posted them. You may not scrape or republish them.
Changes
We may update these terms with notice on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
