Every order on Booklaan is covered by the same policy, whoever the seller is.
The 30-day window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery from the order page. Choose a reason: not as described, arrived damaged, wrong item, or changed my mind.
Who pays return postage
If the item isn’t as described, is damaged, or is the wrong item, the seller sends a prepaid label and refunds you in full when it arrives. If you simply changed your mind, you pay return postage and are refunded the item price and original shipping.
Timelines
Sellers have 2 business days to respond. If they decline, you can escalate to Booklaan and we decide within 2 business days. Refunds reach your card in 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order yourself until the seller marks it shipped; the full amount is refunded immediately.
