What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), shipping addresses, order history, messages with sellers, and the pages you visit. Payment card details are collected by Stripe directly and never reach our servers.

Sellers additionally provide business details; identity, tax and bank information is collected by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To fulfil orders (your address is shared with the seller you buy from), send transactional email, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data and we do not show ads.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account by contacting support. Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting.
